3 model variants; FHD/2k/4k output targets. MEASURED 2026-10-06 (batch F runs report): output duration = source duration (3 s to 3.000 s); FHD output 1920x1440, 4k output 3840x2880 from a 640x480 source; the FHD/4k cost spread is only 1.27x (predict 35.0 s vs 44.5 s for the same source), so one per-source-second rate at the 4k tier covers every resolution choice. Frames — not seconds — drive the hardware time; the duration + long-side input bounds keep a 60fps worst case within the rate. Enabled 2026-10-06: batch F deployed-app E2E green (batch-f-e2e report).
