Motion transfer, not free-form image generation: requires a character image AND a motion source video. no_op and disable_safety_checker must never be exposed to users. Only the 720p tier is exposed — the rate key is per model and 1080p bills at 2.3x (measured 2026-10-06: 3 s motion, predict 30.0 s at 720p vs 70.4 s at 1080p), so the schema pins resolution to the priced tier (kling-standard precedent). MEASURED 2026-10-06 (batch F runs report): output duration = motion-video length (3 s to 3.000 s, 6 s to 6.000 s); output dims follow the character image aspect at the tier (1408x768 from a 16:9 image at 720p, 1920x1024 at 1080p). Cost scales with motion length (predict 30.0 s for 3 s, 37.5 s for 6 s at 720p). Enabled 2026-10-06: batch F deployed-app E2E green (batch-f-e2e report).
